Participant Requirements
Participants may be either WNA (foreign nationals) or WNI (Indonesian citizens).
Age requirement :
10K and Half Marathon age requirements are 17 years old.
Participant age eligibility will be verified on the event day.
Registration General Requirements
Participant can register at the following date:
Early Bird Price: May 15 - 21, 2026*
Regular Price: May 21, 2026 - finished*
*until the quote is filled.
Participants are required to register using a valid official identity document (ID/Driver’s license/Passport) and are not allowed to use initials.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants and forfeit the registration fee if the submitted identity information is inaccurate.
Participant data, including name, category, race, gender, and jersey size, cannot be changed after registration is completed.
Participants are required to complete payment according to the selected category fee until the payment status is settled and a confirmation email has been received. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder.
If the payment process is interrupted or the payment pop-up is accidentally closed, participants may restart the registration process until it is successfully completed.
The organizer reserves the right to close or extend the registration period without prior notice once the quota is filled.
By registering, participants are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions established by the organizer.
Race Pack Collection
The race pack may be picked up by each participant or through an authorized representative on the following schedule:

Race Pack can only be collected on the designated dates and times.
The participant's attendance at the time of race pack collection is mandatory. If the race pack has not been claimed, the participant's participation is forfeited.
Participant attendance during race pack collection is mandatory. Participants who fail to collect their race pack will forfeit their participation.
Participants who cannot attend the designated race pack collection schedule may authorize a representative through a power of attorney.

One power of attorney may represent a maximum of 5 participants.
All participants will receive a race pack containing a jersey, medal, string bag, and BIB.
Race
Race General Terms
The applicable regulations are in accordance with the provisions of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and the All Indonesian Athletics Association (PASI).
Participants must comply with all race regulations and follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to change the event time, location, or implementation details if necessary.
Cut-off times for each category are as follows:
10K: 2 hours
Half Marathon: 4 hours
The organizer reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes without time limitation.
The organizer is only responsible for providing first aid and transportation to the nearest hospital in the event of injury or accidents during the race.
Any further or intensive medical treatment required shall be the responsibility of the participant concerned.
Participants acknowledge and understand all risks arising from participation in the event and agree not to hold the organizer liable for any injuries, disabilities, or death resulting from participation.
Participant safety during the event is the responsibility of each participant.
Animals, bicycles, inline skates, strollers, shoes with built-in rollers, or any wheeled devices are prohibited on the race route.
Participants must uphold sportsmanship and refrain from actions that may harm other participants.
Participants must follow the designated race route at all times.
Winners are determined based on the fastest official race time within their respective categories, while wearing the correct BIB registered under their personal data and without committing any form of cheating.
Participants who fail to comply with these requirements will be considered disqualified and will not be entitled to medals or prizes.
Participants who start before the official flag-off time will be disqualified.
Participants who violate any regulations established by the organizer may be disqualified.
Jersey & BIB Rules
Participants are encouraged to wear the official jersey provided by the organizer.
The BIB number is the participant's chest number that must be worn on the front of the participant's shirt so that it is clearly visible.
Participants are prohibited from folding, tearing, or damaging the BIB or timing chip in any way that may affect race results.
Registration and BIB numbers are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
Selling or transferring a BIB to another person will result in disqualification and/or a ban from future events. If proven, the organizer reserves the right to report the violation to the authorities.
Reward & Finisher Medal
Seluruh finisher kategori 10K & Half Marathon berhak mendapatkan medali.
Peserta yang berhak mendapatkan hadiah podium hanya pemenang pada kategori 10K & Half Marathon (national dan master)
Keputusan juri terkait penentuan pemenang bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
Peserta yang terdaftar dalam Kategori Master tetap berhak memenangkan Kategori Nasional, apabila catatan waktunya lebih cepat dibandingkan seluruh peserta yang terdaftar di Kategori Nasional pada jarak yang sama. Dalam hal ini, peserta tersebut akan memperoleh gelar juara pada Kategori Nasional, dan tidak akan dihitung sebagai pemenang ganda di kedua kategori.
Apabila terjadi kecurangan, peserta dapat melakukan protes secara verbal serta diikuti dengan protes secara tertulis sebelum pengumuman pemenang.
Surat protes dilampirkan dengan bukti serta ditandatangani menggunakan materai. Biaya protes sebesar Rp500.000,- (Lima Ratus ribu rupiah).
Apabila keputusan awal juri terbukti benar, biaya protes peserta dianggap hangus.
Rincian hadiah akan diinformasikan kemudian.
Pihak penyelenggara memiliki hak untuk membatalkan, mengubah, atau mengganti, segala hadiah sewaktu-waktu dengan atau tanpa melakukan pemberitahuan kepada peserta.
Panitia berhak memberikan hadiah dengan jangka waktu yang ditetapkan oleh panitia. Hadiah tidak dapat ditukar atau diuangkan.
Pengambilan hadiah tidak dapat diwakilkan atau dipindahtangankan dan wajib menunjukkan identitas asli sesuai dengan data registrasi.
Pajak hadiah ditanggung oleh pemenang.
Pemenang podium wajib naik ke panggung podium dan tidak dapat diwakilkan.
Other Terms
Drop Bag Facility terms
Drop bag services are available from 04.00 WIB to 09.00 WIB.
Participants are prohibited from storing valuable items in the drop bag area provided by the organizer.
Participants who wish to deposit or collect belongings must present their BIB and complete the provided drop bag form.
Loss of BIBs is not the responsibility of the organizer.
Participants acknowledge and understand that the organizer is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
