Participant Requirements
Participants can be either Foreign Nationals (WNA) or Indonesian Nationals (WNI).
Age requirement :
10K and Half Marathon age requirements are 17 years old.
Kid Dash Category age requirements are on the following 4 age categories: 4-5 years old (100 Meters), 6-7 years old (200 Meters), 8-10 (400 Meters)
Age accuracy will be checked on the event day.

The applicable regulations are in accordance with the provisions of the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) and the All Indonesia Athletics Association (PASI).
Participants must comply with all rules of sports during the new normal and all instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers.
The organizers have the right to change the time and location or adjust the implementation of the event.
Cut Off Time for each category is:
- 10K: 2 Hours
- Half Marathon: 4 HoursThe competition group is open to the public.
For participants in the competition group, there must be 4 people with a minimum of 1 different gender in one group (3 women & 1 man or 3 men & 1 woman or 2 men & 2 women).
If there is a group that does not meet the gender requirements, it will be disqualified if it becomes a potential winner.
Each participant in the competition group category only gets one BIB number, participants are not allowed to register for more than one competition group.
The BIB for the competition group will get 4 BIB numbers with consecutive numbers.
The competition group does not take place in a relay, all group members complete the run with a distance of 10K.
The winner of the community group will be determined from the accumulation of the fastest finish.
Participants in the competition group cannot win podiums in other categories (only competition groups).
The organizers have the right to use photos or videos of the participant's participation in this event without any time limit.
The committee is only responsible for providing first aid or P3K and taking them to the nearest hospital if an injury/accident occurs during the match.
Participants who need further (intensive) assistance when an injury occurs are the responsibility of the participants concerned.
All matters relating to children (especially injuries/accidents to children) are the responsibility of their respective parents/companions.
Participants agree, know, and understand the risks and dangers that arise from participating in the match and do not have the right to sue the organizers for any incidents that may cause bodily injury, disability, or death.
The safety of participants during the event is the responsibility of each participant.
Animals, bicycles, inline skates, strollers, strollers, shoes with built-in rollers, or other wheeled aids are not allowed on the route.
Participants will uphold sportsmanship during the activity and are committed to not committing acts that harm other participants.
Participants must know and run according to the specified route.
Participants who are declared winners are participants who complete the match with the best time, according to the race category, wear a chest number according to their personal data when registering, and do not cheat in any way.
Participants who complete the match outside the provisions above are considered to have failed and are not entitled to medals/prizes.
Participants who start the race before the official start of the race will be disqualified.
Participants who do not follow other regulations set by the Organizer will be disqualified.
Jersey & BIB Rules
Participants are advised to use the jersey provided by the committee.
The BIB number is the participant's chest number that must be worn on the front of the participant's shirt so that it is clearly visible.
It is forbidden to bend, tear, or do anything else that can damage the chip and cause the loss of your personal result. / On the BIB (if there is no CHIP)
Registration and participant chest numbers cannot be transferred or traded to other parties.
Selling or transferring participant chest numbers to other people will result in disqualification and/or a ban on each individual involved in the next event. If proven to have done so, the organizer will report it to the authorities.

The protest letter is attached with evidence and signed using a duty stamp. The protest fee is IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
If the jury's initial decision is proven correct, the participant's protest fee is considered forfeited.
Prize details will be provided later.
The organizers have the right to cancel, change, or replace any prize at any time with or without notification to participants.
The committee has the right to provide prizes within a period determined by the committee. Prizes cannot be exchanged or cashed.
Prize collection cannot be delegated or transferred and must show original identity according to registration data.

The committee only serves luggage storage from 04.00 to 09.00 WIB.
Participants are not allowed to leave valuables in the luggage storage tent provided by the organizer.
Participants who wish to leave/collect items at the luggage storage counter must show the BIB to the officer and fill out the luggage storage form provided.
Loss of BIB is not the responsibility of the organizer.
Participants agree, know, and understand that the organizer is not responsible for personal items or property that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
