1. Participants can be either Foreign Nationals (WNA) or Indonesian Nationals (WNI).

2. Age requirement : 

   • 10K and Half Marathon age requirements are 17 years old.

   • Kid Dash Category age requirements are on the following 4 age categories: 4-5 years old (100 Meters), 6-7 years old (200 Meters), 8-10 (400 Meters)

3. Age accuracy will be checked on the event day.

1. Participant can register at the following date:

   • Early Bird Price: Tuesday, 18th June - 2 July 2025*

   • Regular Price: 3 July 2025 - finished*

   • (*until the quote is filled.)

2. Participants are required to register using their official identity (ID/Driving license/Passport). and are not allowed to use initials.

3. The committee is able to disqualify and the registration fee will be forfeited if the identity is not accurate.

4. Participant data that have been filled by the participants such as Name, Category, Races, Gender, Jersey Size cannot be changed after the registration is completed.

5. Participants are required to complete their payment with the determined prices for their chosen category until their payment reaches settlement and have received confirmation email after it is completed (if the participant has not received the email, please check the Spam/junk/promotion folder).

6. If the payment process is interrupted or the participant accidentally closes the payment pop-up, they can restart the registration process until it's successful. 

7. The committee has the right to close or extend the registration period without announcement if the quote is filled.

8. By registering, participants are considered to agree to all terms and conditions that have been structured by the committee.

1. Race packs can be collected by each participant or represented at the designated time and day: 

   • Friday, 26th September 2025: 10.00 - 17.00 WIB

   • Saturday, 27th September 2025: 10.00 - 15.00 WIB

   • Location: To be confirmed

2. Claiming a race pack can only be done at the designated time and dates.

3. The participant's attendance at the time of race pack collection is mandatory. If the race pack has not been claimed the participant participation is forfeited.

4. Participants who are unable to attend the designated time and date of race pack collection can be represented by a power of attorney.

5. Power of attorney can be downloaded Here.

6. One power of attorney can be used for at most 5 participants.

7. All participants will acquire a race pack with a jersey, medal, string bag, and BIB.

Race General Terms

1. The applicable regulations are in accordance with the provisions of the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) and the All Indonesia Athletics Association (PASI).

2. Participants must comply with all rules of sports during the new normal and all instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers.

3. The organizers have the right to change the time and location or adjust the implementation of the event.

4. Cut Off Time for each category is:
   - 10K: 2 Hours
   - Half Marathon: 4 Hours

5. The competition group is open to the public.

6. For participants in the competition group, there must be 4 people with a minimum of 1 different gender in one group (3 women & 1 man or 3 men & 1 woman or 2 men & 2 women).

7. If there is a group that does not meet the gender requirements, it will be disqualified if it becomes a potential winner.

8. Each participant in the competition group category only gets one BIB number, participants are not allowed to register for more than one competition group.

9. The BIB for the competition group will get 4 BIB numbers with consecutive numbers.

10. The competition group does not take place in a relay, all group members complete the run with a distance of 10K.

11. The winner of the community group will be determined from the accumulation of the fastest finish.

12. Participants in the competition group cannot win podiums in other categories (only competition groups). 

13. The organizers have the right to use photos or videos of the participant's participation in this event without any time limit. 

14. The committee is only responsible for providing first aid or P3K and taking them to the nearest hospital if an injury/accident occurs during the match. 

15. Participants who need further (intensive) assistance when an injury occurs are the responsibility of the participants concerned. 

16. All matters relating to children (especially injuries/accidents to children) are the responsibility of their respective parents/companions. 

17. Participants agree, know, and understand the risks and dangers that arise from participating in the match and do not have the right to sue the organizers for any incidents that may cause bodily injury, disability, or death. 

18. The safety of participants during the event is the responsibility of each participant. 

19. Animals, bicycles, inline skates, strollers, strollers, shoes with built-in rollers, or other wheeled aids are not allowed on the route. 

20. Participants will uphold sportsmanship during the activity and are committed to not committing acts that harm other participants.

21. Participants must know and run according to the specified route.

22. Participants who are declared winners are participants who complete the match with the best time, according to the race category, wear a chest number according to their personal data when registering, and do not cheat in any way.

23. Participants who complete the match outside the provisions above are considered to have failed and are not entitled to medals/prizes.

24. Participants who start the race before the official start of the race will be disqualified.

25. Participants who do not follow other regulations set by the Organizer will be disqualified.
    
    

Jersey & BIB Rules

1. Participants are advised to use the jersey provided by the committee.

2. The BIB number is the participant's chest number that must be worn on the front of the participant's shirt so that it is clearly visible. 

3. It is forbidden to bend, tear, or do anything else that can damage the chip and cause the loss of your personal result. / On the BIB (if there is no CHIP) 

4. Registration and participant chest numbers cannot be transferred or traded to other parties. 

5. Selling or transferring participant chest numbers to other people will result in disqualification and/or a ban on each individual involved in the next event. If proven to have done so, the organizer will report it to the authorities.

1. All finishers in the 10K, Half Marathon, & Kid Dash categories are entitled to medals.

2. Participants entitled to podium prizes are only winners in the 10K, Half Marathon, & Kid Dash categories.

3. Podium prizes are only for Indonesian citizens (WNI) participants.

4. The jury's decision regarding the determination of the winner is final and cannot be contested.

5. If cheating is discovered, participants can protest verbally, followed by a written protest before the announcement of the winner.

6. The protest letter is attached with evidence and signed using a duty stamp. The protest fee is IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).

7. If the jury's initial decision is proven correct, the participant's protest fee is considered forfeited.

8. Prize details will be provided later.

9. The organizers have the right to cancel, change, or replace any prize at any time with or without notification to participants.

10. The committee has the right to provide prizes within a period determined by the committee. Prizes cannot be exchanged or cashed.

11. Prize collection cannot be delegated or transferred and must show original identity according to registration data.

12. Prize tax will be burdened to the winner.

13. Podium winners are required to go up to the podium stage and cannot be delegated.

Storage Facility terms

1. The committee only serves luggage storage from 04.00 to 09.00 WIB.

2. Participants are not allowed to leave valuables in the luggage storage tent provided by the organizer.

3. Participants who wish to leave/collect items at the luggage storage counter must show the BIB to the officer and fill out the luggage storage form provided.

4. Loss of BIB is not the responsibility of the organizer.

5. Participants agree, know, and understand that the organizer is not responsible for personal items or property that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
