1. Participant Requirements

  1. Participants can be Foreign Nationals (WNA) or Indonesian Nationals (WNI).

  2. Age Requirement:

    • 10K Category require the participant to be 17 and above.

  3. Age requirement for Master Category

    •⁠ ⁠Master A can be attended by participants aged 40-49 years old.

    •⁠ ⁠Master B can be attended by participants aged 50 years and above

    •⁠ ⁠This category is only applicable for indonesian citizen.

    •⁠ ⁠Age accuracy will be checked on event day.

2. Registration General Terms

  1. Participants can register from July 1 - August 21, 2024, as long as slots are available.

  2. Participants must fill out the registration form with accurate data according to official identification (KTP/SIM/Passport) and are not allowed to use initials.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and forfeit the registration fee if false information is provided.

  4. Registration data such as name, category, race, gender, and t-shirt size cannot be changed after registration is completed.

  5. Participants must complete payment according to the chosen category price until the payment status shows settlement and receive a registration confirmation email (check spam/junk/promotions folder if not received).

  6. If the payment process is interrupted or the payment pop-up is accidentally closed, participants can retry the registration process until successful.

  7. The Organizer reserves the right to close or extend the registration period without prior notice if the participant capacity is deemed sufficient.

  8. By registering, participants agree to all rules and regulations set by the Organizer.

3. Race Pack Collection

  1. Race packs can be collected by participants or representatives on:

    • Saturday 14 September 2024 from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB

  2. Participants must wear the provided t-shirt/jersey/costume, which must be modest and free of SARA & Political elements.

  3. Race pack collection must be done at the specified time and place.

  4. Attendance at the race pack collection is mandatory; failure to attend will result in forfeiture of participation.

  5. Race pack collection can be delegated by providing a notarized authorization letter signed by the participant, along with the original ID of both the participant and the delegate. The authorization letter format can be downloaded here.

  6. One authorization letter can represent up to 3 participants.

  7. All participants will receive a race pack containing a Jersey, Medal, String Bag, and BIB.

    • Participants must comply with all exercise regulations during the new normal and all instructions and guidelines provided by the Organizer.

    • The Organizer reserves the right to change the event time and location or adjust the event implementation.

    • The Cut Off Time for 10K category is: 2 hours

    • The Organizer reserves the right to use photos or videos of participants without a time limit.

    • The committee is only responsible for providing first aid and transporting to the nearest hospital in case of injury/accident during the event.

    • Further medical assistance (intensive) required by participants in case of injury is their responsibility.

    • The committee is only responsible for providing first aid (P3K) and transporting the participant to the nearest hospital in case of injury, physical disability, or death during the competition. Participants do not have the right to make further claims.

    • Participants are responsible for their safety during the event.

    • Animals, bicycles, inline skates, baby carriages, strollers, shoes with built-in rollers, or other wheeled devices are not allowed on the route.

    • Participants must uphold sportsmanship and commit not to harm other participants.

    • Participants must know and run according to the specified route.

    • Winners are those who complete the race with the best time, according to the race category, wearing the correct BIB number as per their registration details, and not cheating.

    • Participants who do not meet these conditions are disqualified and ineligible for medals/prizes.

    • Participants starting the race before the official start will be disqualified.

    • Participants not following other rules set by the Organizer will be disqualified.

  2. Jersey & BIB Rules

    • Participants are advised to wear the jersey provided by the Organizer.

    • The BIB number must be worn on the front of the participant's shirt and clearly visible.

    • Do not bend, tear, or otherwise damage the chip on the BIB (if no chip, just the BIB) to avoid losing your personal result.

    • Registration and BIB numbers cannot be transferred or sold to others.

    • Selling or transferring a participant's BIB number to another person is prohibited. If proven guilty of this violation, the organizer will report the matter to the authorities and it will result in disqualification and/or a ban on any individuals involved from participating in future events.

  1. Each group in the competition must consist of 4 members with at least 1 member of a different gender (e.g., 3 women & 1 man or 3 men & 1 woman).

  2. Any group that does not meet the gender requirement will be disqualified if they become a potential winner.

  3. Each participant in the group competition category will receive only one BIB number.

  4. Participants are not allowed to register for more than one group competition.

  5. The BIB for the group competition will consist of 4 BIBs with consecutive numbers.

  6. The group competition does not take place as a relay; all group members must complete the 10K run.

  7. Participants in the group competition can only win in the group competition category.

  2. Podium prizes are awarded for the 10K Open category, Master A (40-49 years), Master B (50 years and above), and the Group Community Challenge.

    • If there is more than one group from the same community that qualifies as a potential winner, the group with the fastest recorded time will be declared the winner.

  3. Podium prizes are only for Indonesian citizens (WNI).

  4. The judges' decision is final and cannot be contested.

  5. In case of cheating, participants can protest verbally followed by a written protest before the winner's announcement.

  6. The protest letter must include evidence and be signed with a stamp. The protest fee is Rp100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah).

  7. If the initial judge's decision is correct, the protest fee is forfeited.

  8. Prize details can be viewed here.

  9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, change, or replace any prizes at any time with or without notifying participants.

  10. The committee has the right to provide prizes within a time frame set by the committee. Prizes cannot be exchanged or cashed.

  11. Prize collection cannot be delegated or transferred and must be done by showing the original ID as per registration data.

  12. Prize taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Prizes & Finisher Medals

  1. All finishers in the 10K Race category are entitled to a medal.

  2. Podium prizes are awarded for the 10K Open category, Master A (40-49 years), Master B (50 years and above), and the Group Community Challenge.

    • If there is more than one group from the same community that qualifies as a potential winner, the group with the fastest recorded time will be declared the winner.

  3. Podium prizes are only for Indonesian citizens (WNI).

  4. The judges' decision is final and cannot be contested.

  5. In case of cheating, participants can protest verbally followed by a written protest before the winner's announcement.

  6. The protest letter must include evidence and be signed with a stamp. The protest fee is Rp100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah).

  4. The loss of BIB is not the responsibility of the Organizer.

  5. Participants acknowledge and understand that the Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings during the event.
